The Union is an academic institution consisting of a large number of universities, colleges, and institutes of higher education.
It seeks to be a pioneering beacon of science and knowledge, contributing to development and advancement in the scientific, academic, and professional fields. This will enhance close cooperation programs and coordinate ongoing efforts to develop work in universities. It will contribute to creating a state of excellence and keeping pace with all developments in modern sciences and technologies, and ensuring that academic and scientific quality levels in universities rise to modern international standards through the preparation of programs and plans with the aim of updating curricula, holding scientific conferences and seminars, specialized applied workshops, and various scientific activities that contribute to knowledge, exchange, and joint cooperation, in order to achieve advancement, and provide its graduates with the desired qualifications and distinguished competence to be able to contribute effectively in providing qualitative additions to the development of their institutions in their field of specialization, which will be positively reflected in serving the desired goals for the prosperity of societies. The Union comprises a select group of academic professors with solid scientific and administrative experience in university specialties from various countries around the world. They form the Union’s body, consisting of its Scientific and Administrative Councils and its subcommittees in various fields, to achieve the Union’s objectives
The Union consists of.
The Scientific Council: Its responsibilities include supervising and following up on scientific affairs and harnessing all resources related to university development, including scientific plans, programs, laboratory tools and equipment, conferences, agreements, exchanges, and proposals.
The Administrative Council: It oversees the implementation of administrative matters and the required correspondence, follow-up, coordination, media, and international relations between the Union, universities, and other entities involved in the Union’s affairs and activities.
